Two-Day Package

Schedule:

• Day Before: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
• Wedding Day: 10:00 am – 1:00 am
• Maximum Capacity: 200 guests

This package includes everything from the One-Day Package, plus:

• Access to the barn the day before for set-up and rehearsal in the ceremony garden.
• Exclusive use of the venue for two full days.
• Décor options provided.
• Complete set-up, take-down, and clean-up handled by our team.

• Weekend (Friday – Saturday & Holidays):
  • 2024: $16,500
  • 2025: $17,500
• Weekday (Monday – Thursday, excluding Holidays):
  • 2024: $11,500
  • 2025: $12,500

One-Day Package

Schedule:

• Wedding Day: 10:00 am – 1:00 am
• Maximum Capacity: 200 guests

Let us help you create your dream wedding day! This package includes:

• Tables, chairs, décor, set-up, and take-down.
• Access to the beautiful loft room for getting ready.
• Ceremony in the stunning wedding garden.
• Cocktail hour with games and an outdoor bar.
• Reception in our amazing barn.

Pricing:

• Weekend (Friday – Sunday & Holidays):
  • 2024: $11,500
  • 2025: $12,500
  • 2024 Sunday Special: $9,500
• Weekday (Monday – Thursday, excluding Holidays):
  • 2024: $8,900
  • 2025: $9,900

Note: Weekday and Sunday Special packages end at 12:00 am.

Minimony Package

Schedule:

• Wedding Day: 10:00 am – 9:00 pm
• Maximum Capacity: 25 guests (up to 75 guests with additional charges)

Perfect for couples seeking a more intimate celebration with close family and friends. This package includes:

• Décor set-up and take-down.
• Access to the ceremony garden and barn for an intimate event.
• Shorter timeline for a relaxed atmosphere.

Additional Information:

• Only available Sunday – Thursday (excluding holidays).

Pricing:

• 2024: $5,500
• 2025: $6,400
• Additional Guests: $40 per person (up to 75 guests total).

Rehearsal & Weather Backup

All packages include access to the ceremony garden for a weekday rehearsal prior to the wedding day. For Two-Day Packages, the rehearsal occurs the day before your wedding.

In case of inclement weather, our barn serves as a backup indoor ceremony location.

Bar Packages

Bartenders Included: All bar packages come with certified bartenders. Guests are provided with refreshments after the ceremony from our grain bin bar.

Bar Options

The Full Bar

• Cost: $10.00 per person
• Details:
  • 7½ hours of bar service (5:00 pm – 12:30 am).
  • Includes everything from the other packages, plus extended service time.

The Dry Bar

• Cost: $7.50 per person
• Details:
  • A non-alcoholic “all-you-can-drink” menu of brand-name soft drinks, juices, water, and one powdered beverage option (iced tea, lemonade, or fruit juice).
  • Includes ice, garnishes, and drinkware.
  • Customized mocktail menu available.

The Mini Bar

• Cost: $8.50 per person
• Details:
  • Designed for the Minimony package.
  • Includes a non-alcoholic “all-you-can-drink” menu with soft drinks, juices, water, and one powdered beverage option.
  • Wine service: Your wine will be opened and placed on tables before dinner.

Bar Facilities

• Inside Bar:
  • Professionally equipped bar with tools, a 3-door cooler, kegerator, and storage for liquor.
  • Staffed by experienced and certified bartenders.
• Grain Bin Bar:
  • Outdoor bar with a lounge area, perfect for cocktail hour.
  • Includes games area for guests to enjoy.
