Full Wedding Package (1-Day)
This all-inclusive package provides everything you need for a perfect one-day wedding. You’ll have plenty of time to personalize the tent, enjoy 9-holes of golf, and get ready in the bridal suite before walking down the aisle. Our team will have tables, chairs, and linens ready upon your arrival.

Schedule:
- Friday/Saturday/Sunday: 10:00 am - 12:00 am (+1 hour for clean-up)
- Weekday (Mon-Thu): 10:00 am - 11:00 pm (+1 hour for clean-up)

- Maximum Capacity: 200 guests
Optional Add-Ons:
- Early Rehearsal Day (2:00 pm - 9:00 pm): $2,500 (Mon-Thu, subject to availability)
- Early Bridal Suite Access (from 8:00 am): $100/hour
Intimate Wedding Package
Designed for couples who want a cozy celebration with close family and friends, this package offers a breathtaking view of Sylvan Lake and all the essentials for an intimate wedding.
What's Included:
- Covered patio and small tent
- Beautiful bridal suite
- Choice of round or rectangular tables with ½-length white linens
- Ceremony chairs, wooden arch, and signing table
- Audio equipment
- Lawn games
Schedule:
- Weekday Only (Mon-Thu): 10:00 am - 8:00 pm (+1 hour for clean-up)
Pricing:
- Package: $5,000 (Maximum 50 guests)
Optional Add-Ons:
- Additional Hours: $300/hour (Maximum rental time: 10:00 am - 11:00 pm)
- Unlimited Golf: $250
- Large Kitchen Access: $500

Bar Packages
Bartender Rates: $25/hour per bartender (2 bartenders required for events with more than 50 guests). Bartenders arrive at 4:00 pm for setup, with bar service beginning at 5:00 pm. The earliest bar service can start is 3:00 pm.
Corkage Options:
- Basic Corkage: $8/person
Includes soda package, disposable glassware, hydration station, lemon & lime garnishes, and ice. - Full Corkage: $10/person
Includes all features of the Basic Corkage plus a juice package (including Clamato). - Signature Corkage: $12/person
Includes all features of the Full Corkage plus two signature cocktails from a curated cocktail menu.
Additional Bar Details:
- Supplies Provided: Disposable cups, straws, napkins, and basic bartending tools. Specialty items (e.g., keg coolers, taps) are renter-provided.
- Glassware: Disposable cups only, to avoid breakage in outdoor areas.
- Wine Service: Up to 2 bottles per guest table, additional bottles available at the bar.
- Bar Type: Open or cash bar options are available, with cash float provided by Hilltop. No ATM or debit machine is on-site.
General Rules & Reminders
- Homemade wine or alcohol is not permitted.
- No minors may handle or consume alcohol. Bartenders may request ID.
- Bar service ends at 12:00 am (Fri-Sun) or 11:00 pm (Mon-Thu). No exceptions.
