Budget rentals are self-managed, with couples arranging coordination, setup, teardown and cleaning; cleaning supplies are provided. Sound systems and dance-floor lighting are among the listed facilities. Unlike most wedding venues that limit your celebration to just 14-16 hours, Aspen Country Hills offers a 48-hour rental package, giving you ample time to enjoy every special moment. Our weekend package spans Friday to Sunday, allowing time for setup, celebration, and a leisurely clean-up without the stress of a tight schedule.

The outdoor woodland ceremony space and air-conditioned reception barn each accommodate up to 180 guests. The barn provides an indoor ceremony backup for bad weather. Step-free access is available for both ceremony and reception spaces.
Outside catering and bartending providers are allowed; the venue does not provide those services. Outside DJ and live music providers are also allowed. Tables, chairs and linens, decor and flowers, wedding coordination, setup and cleanup, and photography are offered by the venue, with outside providers also allowed. Offering a service does not mean it is included in every rental: check the chosen package and obtain a quote for extras. Budget packages remain self-managed.
The house and bell tents are listed as sleeping up to 42 guests combined; confirm the capacity and availability of each rental. Total overnight capacity is up to 180 guests when guests bringing their own tents and RVs are included. The 180 figure is not a count of supplied beds. Camping is included in Standard packages and costs extra with Budget packages; house, bell tent and RV rentals are separate.
